I absolutely love the convenience and the fact that your Dr and the workers can get your messages and your request in a timely manner. You can update information ask for medication refills and so much more. This way you don't have to always call the office and be on hold for minutes. I like the rapid responses test results, set an appointment within the network and so many other features.

Haven't had the app for more than ten min and nothing works. Keeps saying error has occurred. So frustrating. Need the app to do video visit with doctor and can't even do my e check in our even open my messages.

States error occurred on log in... user name and password correct.. cleared data and cache and was able to log in ONCE.. no problems logging in on the website, just this app.... App is UNUSABLE imo if you can't get logged in.
