About this app

Independent Part 107 practice test app for the FAA drone test — the remote pilot knowledge test you take to get your drone license. 1,500 questions, 330 chart-based questions, and an explanation for every answer — so you learn the reasoning, not just the answer key.

WHAT YOU GET
- 1,500 practice questions across all five ACS areas: Regulations, Airspace & Requirements, Weather, Loading & Performance, and Operations.
- A teaching explanation on every question: why the right answer is right, and why each wrong choice is wrong.
- 330 questions built on figures from the official FAA testing supplement (FAA-CT-8080-2H) — sectional charts, METARs, TAFs, airport diagrams, and load-factor charts in high resolution.
- Full-length 60-question practice exams with a 70% pass mark, so you can rehearse the whole test in one sitting.
- Flashcards and spaced review that bring back what you missed.
- Readiness scoring per area, so you can see which ACS area is holding you back.
- Works as a Part 107 study guide and a Part 107 test questions bank in one app.
- Works fully offline. No account, no signup.

REGULATIONS IS NOW HALF THE TEST
Since September 2025 the FAA weights Regulations at 48% of the Part 107 knowledge test. This app gives you 293 Regulations questions — applicability and certification, operating rules and limitations, airworthiness, preflight condition, and Remote ID — each with a teaching explanation, so the biggest part of your score gets real practice. Airspace and sectional charts are still 20% of the test, and the chart questions are where reading skill matters most, so every one comes with the figure at a size you can actually read and the reasoning spelled out.

WHO IT IS FOR
- Anyone taking the FAA drone test prep route to a remote pilot certificate for the first time.
- Part 107 holders preparing for the recurrent knowledge requirement.
- Photographers, inspectors, surveyors, real estate agents, and public safety staff who need a remote pilot license to fly commercially. If you are searching for a drone license test that actually explains the answers, this is it.

HOW THE TEST WORKS
The FAA Part 107 remote pilot exam is 60 multiple-choice questions with a 2-hour time limit, taken at a PSI testing center, and you need 70% to pass. You must be at least 16 to hold the certificate and pass a TSA security screening. The certificate does not expire, but you must complete the free online recurrent training every 24 calendar months to stay current.

CURRENT CONTENT
Aligned to the FAA Airman Certification Standards (FAA-S-ACS-10B), including night operations, anti-collision lighting requirements, and Remote ID. Questions are reviewed and updated as the standards change.
