The 9.27 update ruined my using experience. The bottom spot number input bar doesn't work well to me (successful input rate less than 5%). I have to scroll the spot list one by one until 6000 or 7000. Every time I got spend over 5 minutes in the car before the parking payment. Plus, the convenience fee went up by 0.10, now it's 0.35. this using experience doesn't worth 0.35.

ever since the update, notifications no longer work. youll go to open the app, there will be a pop up that says 5 mins left, you click okay, and its already expired. this app cost EXTRA to use and it doesnt even work properly anymore. terrible customer service, as they've never even replied to me. when i called them, i was put in touch with someone at ppark and they had never heard of mobilemeter app.

Irregular parking prices, increasing prices, and the newest update sucks as of Oct 16, 2023. It's a more confusing slider rather than selecting hour and minutes. But the slider is based on price not hour. Makes it harder when price changes by location. They are also removing physical meters so paying by coin isn't an option. If your phone dies and you need to park you're screwed.
