I believe the company should pay for our security on our phones because these are our lifelines and we need them so if we get hacked or our phone gets encrypted we can't use them because I have impairments and I forget easily like passwords now I know that there's more than just me that has this problem

Will not allow me to change my password. I have un-installed the app and re-installed the app and it still will not allow me to change my email address or create a new password so I can access my account. THIS IS TOTAL BULL$HIT !!!
