The last couple of days experiencing this app has been nothing short of phenomenal. The accuracy is wonderful. I have not experienced delays in notifications. The map is readable and detailed as well as the alerts you receive, and most of all, the software is user-friendly. The only downside is that you have to pay for each additional tracker at full price. A discount would be awesome for using two or more trackers. And thanks to the developers for reaching out when I did have an issue!!!!!

Ever since the rebranding, the app glitches and locks up frequently. I have to Uninstaller, reinstall, and enter my login info 2 or 3 times before I can use the app again. Things were just fine when it was still Spytech. I don't understand why trying to fix something that wasn't broke was a good idea. If this keeps up, I'm switching to a different platform. I'm not going to continue paying money just to get frustrated with something that doesn't work.

Please ensure there is no auto-added 'space' before or after your username/email. This is the most common reason why end-user login attempt fails. Please email support@gethapn.com for any assistance.

New client here...been using the service for about a month. The app is quite helpful. It works as advertised, which is a great thing. I really like the " time machine" feature. It's informative and kinda cool. I recently upgraded service plans to notifications every 30 seconds...Customer Service was very helpful, informative, and fast with the upgrade. I'm very happy. Thanks Spytec!!!
