Ever since the rebranding, the app glitches and locks up frequently. I have to Uninstaller, reinstall, and enter my login info 2 or 3 times before I can use the app again. Things were just fine when it was still Spytech. I don't understand why trying to fix something that wasn't broke was a good idea. If this keeps up, I'm switching to a different platform. I'm not going to continue paying money just to get frustrated with something that doesn't work.

Hi Andy, we are sorry to hear that you had trouble after the latest update! Rest assured, the rebranding did not impact the app's performance. Please ensure there is no auto-added 'space' before or after your username/email. This is the most common reason why end-user login attempt fails. Please email email@example.com for any assistance.
New client here...been using the service for about a month. The app is quite helpful. It works as advertised, which is a great thing. I really like the " time machine" feature. It's informative and kinda cool. I recently upgraded service plans to notifications every 30 seconds...Customer Service was very helpful, informative, and fast with the upgrade. I'm very happy. Prefer the old platform. Hapn has way too many glitches and it is impossible to get real time tracking anymore. The screen just flickers when I attempt and freezes.
