terrible app, DO NOT buy spytec device. just set it up today and paid for 3 months of service. the app when opening drops me in the middle of the ocean in another country. I have to search the world for the device location. won't let me set up places or boundaries. I spoke with them about a refund of the 3 months as I'd be cancelling. they said I could get a refund on the device but not the subscription that I'm unable to use

I've been using the GL trackers (4 in total) for several years with no major hiccups until recently. I can no longer do "custom" date ranges. Anything over 7 days old, I have to shuffle through 30 days worth of tracking. Very disgruntling. This is with all 4 trackers, on the app. I have cleared cache, cleared data and deleted app / re-installed to no avail.

Ever since the rebranding, the app glitches and locks up frequently. I have to Uninstaller, reinstall, and enter my login info 2 or 3 times before I can use the app again. Things were just fine when it was still Spytech. I don't understand why trying to fix something that wasn't broke was a good idea. If this keeps up, I'm switching to a different platform. I'm not going to continue paying money just to get frustrated with something that doesn't work.
