I had a very bad experience with IDC. I have been trying to download the report for the last two hours, but it is not opening at all. Also, the so-called ‘good feedback’ is not genuine — the staff themselves take the patient’s mobile phone and submit the feedback. There is no real or honest feedback.

Good app but a few UX and UI bugs. All input fields are covered by the keyboard when trying to input anything.
