I didn't go ahead with a subscription because it's not worth the cost. It would be better value to buy the books that come with the hypnosis tracks. This app could have been worth it if it included the audiobooks. As it stands, you're missing so much insight from the books so the tracks for each "book" feel too vague.

2 issues when using the app as intended: 1st when using the downloaded files to playback while WiFi is off (eg during sleep, when one doesn't want a WiFi seeking device anywhere near the body), you can't rewind / restart a track except by switching off airplane mode. 2nd Not possible to play tracks on autorepeat - I'd really have expected that for the price. I use the sleep track so it's counter productive to have to switch the phone back on in the night, then going back to sleep after that.

I'm disappointed that a lot of the hypnosis sessions had "awaken" endings rather than sleep. I'd prefer they were all sleep endings. I can set an alarm if I need to wake up. I also wish that there wasn't a disclaimer at the beginning of each hypnosis session. It's very unnecessary. It would also be nice if it was possible to make a playlist so I could just keep listening to different sessions until I fell asleep. On the plus side, Paul McKenna is a great hypnotist.
