Ratings and reviews

Usability leaves MUCH to be desired. You have to re-log in every single time you use the app, which means every. time. if you're using it and hit the back button too many times when trying to navigate thru all the menus? Logged out. it also never updates your reservation with any changes, so your primary method to interact with the resort never looks correct if changes were made. Menus are hard to read cuz they're pdfs. Tables for the adventure pass differences don't format correctly.

the app makes it easy to manage your stay. not sure if this is a me issue or a general issue. everytime it's been more than a day it feels like it won't let me log in. I have connect my account to Google. I click to login with Google it does something and then nothing. I have to clear the app data (not just cache). it then works.

This app is NOT helpful. Pre Check-in is useless. Everyone near me in the 1 1/2 hour check in line had completed it and it didn't help to speed up the process. By the time I checked in, line had completely wrapped around the lobby. Employees talking about crazy Sundays, but they still had more than half of the check-in lines closed. App does not show any activity for purchased add-ons. Trying to view the map is useless on my phone. Only positive was online food ordering. Very convenient.
