Usability leaves MUCH to be desired. You have to re-log in every single time you use the app, which means every. time. if you're using it and hit the back button too many times when trying to navigate thru all the menus? Logged out. it also never updates your reservation with any changes, so your primary method to interact with the resort never looks correct if changes were made. Menus are hard to read cuz they're pdfs. Tables for the adventure pass differences don't format correctly.

Major issue with the app - once you checkout of your room you can't use your dining credits to mobile order anymore -most people stay at the park same day they checkout. It says room invalid. Luckily your wristband will still work but now u have to stand in line to order food. Also if you have 3 button navigation on your android, it overlaps with the "add to cart" buttons, so you have to switch to gesture mode. Also clicking back clears your shopping cart. Very poor UI design.

This app is NOT helpful. Pre Check-in is useless. Everyone near me in the 1 1/2 hour check in line had completed it and it didn't help to speed up the process. By the time I checked in, line had completely wrapped around the lobby. Employees talking about crazy Sundays, but they still had more than half of the check-in lines closed. App does not show any activity for purchased add-ons. Trying to view the map is useless on my phone. Only positive was online food ordering. Very convenient.
