Update... I've loved using this app & have never had any major complaints but lately I've tried numerous times to cash out & every single time have failed! I've tried over 3 weeks now to cash out & still not able to! Very disappointed, I'm guessing I'm losing out on the money I've already made, nothing has changed, email still the same & PayPal still the same, no excuse for this!! I'm not happy right now at all....

When l started newly l got to 100 points so quickly. And now l have 806 points. l applied for a verification so l could cash out and immediately after submitting my details, curious cat instantly locked my account. I contacted their support and they've been unresponsive. Why would an account be locked for no reason? Imagine locking your account for applying for a verification even when you never violated any rule. That's so unprofessional and unreasonable. And nonchalant customers support.

I don't usually write reviews, but this app was good when I downloaded it. I was able to pay out and do most of the surveys. But I got locked out for "suspicious activity" (from what customer service told me) when I simply exited a broken survey and was told to just make a new account. I still had money I didn't pay out. I mostly used this app when bored, but that's still ridiculous? Please fix whatever is considered "suspicious activity" because this is frustrating, to say the least.
