Ratings and reviews

I don't usually write reviews, but this app was good when I downloaded it. I was able to pay out and do most of the surveys. But I got locked out for "suspicious activity" (from what customer service told me) when I simply exited a broken survey and was told to just make a new account. I still had money I didn't pay out. I mostly used this app when bored, but that's still ridiculous? Please fix whatever is considered "suspicious activity" because this is frustrating, to say the least.

Pretty good so far. It's a nice selection of surveys, although they run out fast. I had an issue cashing out at first but the team has now resolved it. It's quite easy to get to the 100 point minimum. don't expect huge payouts, but if you'd like a few extra pounds Curious Cat does what it promises.

I loved this app at first. But when I got to the required amt of surveys done and tried to cash out I suddenly am locked out of my acct WITHOUT MY PAYMENT!! Now I can't access it at all. I have contacted customer service numerous times. They tell me it's fixed but when I try to log on it's still locked. I contact again, same thing happens. It's been a couple of months now. My account is still locked for no reason. And still haven't received funds owed. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE
