Very bad experience. After weeks of communication just to create an account, they asked for certified translations of my documents, which cost me a lot of money. In the end, they simply rejected my account without any clear explanation. A complete waste of time, effort, and money. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. Don’t even waste your time downloading the app… delete it immediately.

Your app is wack I've been trying to withdraw my funds they keep on getting rejected can you please fix this problem i don't have access to my transactions how does one get to contact your paxum support because you don't reply to emails? Isn't the a specific phone number that i can call on?

Explain to me, How in the name of God, a transfer of 358$ is end up be 300€ , in condition I pay 2.58$ a transfer ???
