so I was communicating with Tyler from the info email about my account that is saying internal server error money in account but balance shows 0. after explaining the same thing to Tyler multiple times I took screen recordings and after that I sent it I got no response I phoned and then was told that they will send my issues to technical department, but the email people looks like they just ignore u when they want yet last week Sean helped me and was like I was communicating with a real person

I sent money using P2P Yesterday till now my daughter didn't get it I can't understand how they can't find it
