I having big issue yesterday afternoon make ammendments, person say wait, few hours for the message,up to now nothing receive, I have paid for that $2.75.no receipts giving, the befineciary stil waiting up to date, please how to call?

I stopped using this service as it is absolutely bad. If the recievers bank requires the personal details, shouldn't the bank contact their customers themselves? Also, Pay2Home is very inconsistent. One transfer (express service, paid) will reach without hassle. Another transfer, it will ask for alot of things, even 2-3 days to reach. EXPRESS PAID SERVICE. Pay2Home needs to review its policies and their regulations to retain customers, but they just lose one till further notice.

Kind staff helped me activate my account called me, obviously they knew I had trouble registering, my connection wasn't good. And yes, my very first transaction was promptly completed. Indeed very convenient for me and for my beneficiary. I would recommend Pay2Home especially to those who use Starhub number - Sg.
