I didn't get a product I paid for from one of their machines. Then, you have to download an app to report the issue. The app isn't even working in English. The feedback message I try to send to get my money back comes up with an error message. It might only be just under £3 but I wouldn't just throw £3 on the floor, so why would I give it to a company for nothing. This is a joke of a company, impossible to get my money back, and I bet they'd only do it as a credit to the app.

The topup system has stopped working at all since July 2024. And I've got an italian card issued by the bank that the app uses to process payments. Maybe changing provider would be a good idea. Or maybe adding the possibility to complete the payment in the default browser, since it seems that the webview implementation doesn't like to open the privacy statement that you must agree to. The most annoying thing is that on iOS the payment goes through without a hitch.

Terrible app, if 0 stars was an option I'd give it that, barely worked at the best of times, now lost all functionality and just gives a random connection error message in Italian, literally a gamble as to whether you'll ever see the money you put on it again, and refunds for failed vends aren't easy to come by either. Avoid of at all possible.
