Downloaded the app, but it won't take any form of payment. I tried 3 different credit cards, including Google payments. Took about 10 minutes of fumbling before I just paid by card at the meter. What a world app, when there is always an error adding a payment method. Had a 2nd person try too...same issue. I think the app is dead.

WARNING!!!! ​While the app functions well, the SMS notification fees are very misleading. Users are charged $0.15 to $0.25 per text message for expiration warnings then again after it's expires. Then again if you entend your time, basically you get tricked into paying for a bunch of SMS fees. The disclaimer 'fees may apply' usually refers to standard carrier rates, so I didn't realize I was being billed directly for months and months. This on top of the convenience fee that's already charged.

I just downloaded the app to pay for parking and it won't let me register. I've tried multiple ways to register and I continue to get the same error message. I tried to locate a way to contact support but I don't have an account so I can't even chat with the AI robot Parker they have to problem solve and potentially make a ticket for follow up for me. I would love to have this issue fixed so I can use the app to park when needed. If someone in support would reach out that would be awesome!
