It was a decent app initially, but now, not so much. The map section does not work properly or is not currently updated. The map search is for what because I could not select anything in areas. Ontop the fact that the pay station ID does not correlate with the right area. Granted, that is a physical issue, but still makes it more challenging to use the app. Physical station usage is by far better than using this app

It was fine up until it wasn't. I paid for parking via this app, and they sent the payment to the wrong company. So I got ticketed, and all customer service says is to talk to them. I also tried helping and telling them to update who the payment goes to, but just getting told to nevermind about it. They also don't run refunds for anything, so I'm not sure what the point of having this app is. Simply use other payment methods!

I loved using this app before the update. Now I can't even add my credit card, which is a verified card that has worked before. I keep seeing a prompt to contact my fleet manager, which doesn't make sense. I wish the updated version would actually store my card; there are some places that only allow parking via this app that I can no longer go to park :(
