customer care has zero technical knowledge. Whenever I report this issue, I receive the same response, reinstall the app, restart the phone, and try again. These steps do not fix the problem. This is clearly an app bug. Please escalate this issue to your technical team instead of repeating generic replies. Response Mema getaluwa sadaha app eka mulinma uninstall karanna. Eta passe phone eka poddak restart karala ayeth 15 mins walin app eka install karala gihin try karala balanna.

In the beginning this was a user-friendly good app but now it has got way too many bugs every month there is a new problem when trying to do something and it's getting worse now. it's so unlucky that such a great app is going to waste 😔😔😔😔😔😢😢😢😢
