Very very bad application 😕 every time sent my full details and bank account card details always and connected to pay master connection to director call then ask everything doing to everything its not worth don't get pay master to any emergency.... 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a mobile top-up app that left me feeling frustrated and cheated. The app in question, which shall remain nameless, promised a convenient and hassle-free way to recharge my mobile phone credit. However, it quickly became evident that their primary goal was to squeeze as much money as possible out of unsuspecting customers. First and foremost, the app's interface was misleading.

Reloading facility is fine but the utility payment fees suck. Tried paying the electricity bill and the app is charging more than 3% as convenience fee. How come, as far as I know it's not legal. You can't collect fees from us just because the bank is taking a cut. When you look at it I have to pay more per transaction than what I pay for the entire year for internet banking. If you are talking about convenience make sure you are not ripping people off in the process
