It has critical bugs, once I select my phone number and enter a custom amount, the phone number gets changed to another number(It happens repeatedly). And when I tried using my number as a new number (tried 94 and 0 Infront too), and click pay, it says number is invalid. The QAs haven't even smoke tested this app even the main functionality fails with high severity bug, gets recharged to a different number (I tested this scenario repeatedly). Device: Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra

Reloaded Rs.799 but the transaction went through without the reload appearing. Explained the issue through WhatsApp and got the money refunded back to the app within 2 hours. Kudos for the quick response! Would be nice to have a confirmation popup showing the number, amount and payment method before paying, since the number isn't visible when scrolling down. Anyways, this seems to be the fastest way to reload currently without waiting for isp/bank apps to load up.

Hello, I transferred Rs. 15,045 through PayMaster on 7 October 2026. The money was deducted from my bank account, but the receiver hasn't received it. I received a message about a refund in loyalty points. Could you please check my transaction status and explain how I can get my money back into my bank account?
