About this app

WorkFleet is an application for managing workers and fleets: files and documents, attendance, leave, payroll, ships, their voyages, maintenance, and expenses, all in one place and in three languages ​​(Arabic, English, and Albanian).

• Workers: A complete file for each worker, including their title, group, status, current assignment on a ship or work site with transfer records, and attached contracts and documents.

• Documents: Passport, residence permit, work permit, medical and professional certificates, licenses, and insurance; with document images and a record of each renewal, and mandatory documents that the system identifies as missing.

• Attention Center: All expired or near-expiring documents, and all overdue tasks or maintenance, in a single list, with mobile notifications and urgent email alerts.

• Attendance: Daily recording for all workers with a single tap (present, absent, half-day, leave), including lateness and overtime, correction requests with approval, and a monthly summary.

• Leave: Types and annual leave balance for each worker, requests that are approved or rejected, and automatically reflected in attendance. • Advances and Salaries: Advances with repayment records, salary components, monthly pay slips with a single click, approval followed by full or partial payment, and PDF voucher printing.

• Fleet: Crew, documentation, maintenance, fuel, and spare parts for each vessel, vehicle, or piece of equipment.

• Voyages and Expenses: Voyages with captain and crew, fuel and engine hours, and expenses with classification, receipt, and approval or rejection.

• Tasks: User or worker management, priority, and due date, with a complete log.

• Reports and Excel/PDF export, import from Excel, and daily email reports.

• Role-based permissions (Manager, Operations Manager, Supervisor - sees only their vessels, Maintenance Officer, HR Officer, Auditor), audit log for each modification, two-step verification, fingerprint unlock, and light/dark mode.

The application provides examples of vessels and crews, but the system itself is suitable for a fleet of trucks, branches, equipment, or field teams.
