Workshop OS runs a car-service workshop from booking to hand-over, together with stock, suppliers, payroll and reports.
• Home: cars in the workshop, late jobs, today's bookings and revenue, plus search by plate, phone or name.
• Appointments: a booking calendar that knows the workshop's capacity, and check-in in one tap when the customer arrives.
• Photo check-in: odometer, fuel, photos, damage marked on a car diagram and the customer's complaint. Most fields are optional for fast entry.
• Inspection: a standard checklist with clear results (good, attention, urgent).
• Estimates and customer approval: parts and labour lines, required or recommended, VAT calculated, sent on WhatsApp, with full or partial approval recorded.
• Repair and parts: jobs for each technician, parts requested, reserved and issued from stock, and a board showing every car's stage.
• Payment and hand-over: mada, cash, card or transfer in instalments, a receipt for each payment, next service due, and a WhatsApp message when the car is ready.
• Stock: on-hand, reserved and available quantities for every part, with low-stock alerts.
• Suppliers and invoices: goods invoices that enter stock automatically, expense and service invoices, payment in full or in parts, and what is owed or overdue.
• Payroll and advances: salary and allowances per employee, advances, and a monthly run with overtime and deductions that is approved and paid.
• Reports: revenue, collections by payment method, technician productivity, purchases, expenses and payroll.
• Every role sees its own work: screens for the owner, service advisor, technician, accountant and storekeeper.
• Right-to-left Arabic with an instant switch to English, and support for multiple branches.
The app is for workshop staff and needs an account created by the workshop; there is no public sign-up. Each workshop's data is isolated, with no ads and no tracking. It works alongside a web dashboard for the office and management.
