I made 3 utility bills using a credit card which were all denied by the app due to an error. Although my card was charged the payment never went through. I used the app support to log my complaint twice.But I didn't get any response. Then I called the customer support and informed the issue. They promised to reverse the transactions. But, still have not reversed the transactions. I tried calling the customer support more than 10 times during working hours. But they don't even pick up the phone.

But, still have not reversed the transactions.

I had very bad experience with this app recently. I transfered some amount of fund and did not get tranfer receipt. When i try to get the receipt it says "Server has gone for coffee break, and it will be available soon" since 3 days. I called costomer support, they are totally waste. Even they could not tell me whether the amount is transfered or not! It looks like unsecurity app.
