scam. was working for 2 years now but recently made a 500 rs payment, app said error and transaction failed but bank account got debited. when clicking support contact button it says it is coming soon. it was available before. see the most helpful review from 2019.not going to call them. let my 500 rs be a warning to you.

I made 3 utility bills using a credit card which were all denied by the app due to an error. Although my card was charged the payment never went through. I used the app support to log my complaint twice.But I didn't get any response. Then I called the customer support and informed the issue. They promised to reverse the transactions. But, still have not reversed the transactions. I tried calling the customer support more than 10 times during working hours. But they don't even pick up the phone.

UPay is actually very easy to use. I don't think there is any other banking app that allows you to perform transactions so easily and quickly.
