Customer service was able to help me through an issue that was pretty hairy. It's all sorted out and I love the savings account because it pays 4.5% interest. Over all, a good app to have and the debit card rocks too Update.. for some reason pay pal won't recieve money from my checking account. It worked, then it didn't, worked again and not working anymore. Not sure what to do at this point. I don't have other bank accounts. So it will cost me$3.95 to load my card at the store.

I usually wait for a while before I describe an app but I feel I know enough. It seems fairly easy to use but I have had nothing but difficulties getting things done. Figured just new and missing a few things. But I see a savings account option. I applied and was not declined do to not verified. I was told I was sent an email that I don't recall getting and am told oh well can't get a savings account ever. Not wait a month or anything. I'm done because of a missing email. This is a very poor.

I like PayPal ok, a lot better now than i did when I first started. I really can't tell you whether PayPal's UI improved, or I improved (don't laugh, it's possible), but i suspect in this cae it's both. The presentation is a bit less cluttered and as a consequence I have looked into a few features I normally would not have without a more functional UI. There remains a certain awkward feel to the app, that's been there from when I started. I can't articulate it. That's why only 4 stars.
