Terrible experience. My soundbox got delivered 2 weeks ago but the app still shows it's it transit. The Soundbox controls are not getting available, but I have seen in videos that usually options get available. I can nither deactivate my soundbox nor my account. There is simply no option available, and help requests are answered only by bot, where there are only some specific answers available only. This company doing fraud even after RBI took down most of their services. Fraud company.

I've had a terrible experience with Paytm's Soundbox service. Despite not using it for 13 months, l've recently been contacted to pay rental fees. I was unaware of any outstanding balance until this call, indicating that Paytm has failed to properly communicate the ongoing charges.This hidden expense has left me frustrated and wary. Customers should be fully informed of all costs associated with a service before signing up. Paytm giving bad service to their customers. Don't use it for business
