I LOVE bricktown brewery but the app is hard to navigate, it won't tell you what rewards you can redeem, and it also seems like you can't put in recent past receipts to redeem points like other reward apps can. I used the app last night and my server was so helpful in telling me how to use the app but I feel like if she has to tell me how the app works then its not very user-friendly. I have used rewards apps before, I have ton on my phone but this particular app was confusing to me.

I absolutely love the customer service our waitress was Whitney and she's truly amazing. She done her best making sure we was doing good and that everything was made the right way on how we ordered it. I absolutely love how fast she waited on us and how it didn't take her long to bring our drinks and to take our order. The kitchen was fast at having our order out the only thing I didn't like is she told the kitchen multiple times I didn't want celery and both times celery was on my plate.

App will not allow me to order a garden salad without removing something that comes on the salad. This has happened every time I try to order. Also, I tried to go through previous orders, and it said, store not accepting orders. This app is completely useless.
