Not very happy with this app but hopefully it will work on my next trip to the restaurant very upsetting when everyone at our table their app works and mine hasn't for awhile but hope it will next time

Always a good experience at the Joplin, Mo. establishment, and this is probably the best restaurant app. I've used. 😊

I LOVE bricktown brewery but the app is hard to navigate, it won't tell you what rewards you can redeem, and it also seems like you can't put in recent past receipts to redeem points like other reward apps can. I used the app last night and my server was so helpful in telling me how to use the app but I feel like if she has to tell me how the app works then its not very user-friendly. I have used rewards apps before, I have ton on my phone but this particular app was confusing to me.
