We like the food. The app is cumbersome and unituitive, and (gasp!) has misspellings. I'm embarrassed for them. Recently reduced to two stars. I have seen no improvement in making ordering easier. I've saved a credit card to the app twice now, and it doesn't show up as a payment option. Had to hit "place order" button three times before it registered. They should fire their app designer.

Terrible, you can edit if you want to give a tip but you can't edit pick up time; it just tells you "high volume of orders, try again later". Also, your credit card information stays on the page and it's hard to take it off.

A Google user
I ordered using this app for curb side pick up and found out that the store does not even use it. They will not notify you when your order is ready and it also doesn't kick back errors like out of a certain item.
