Ratings and reviews

The rewards program system is a complete scam, requiring $300 for your first basic reward and $1000 just to get coupons. The time frame for ordering breakfast on the weekends doesn't work properly and doesn't account for the fact the breakfast hours change to 2 PM on weekends so if I want to use the app for breakfast I have to set the order by 10:30 even on weekends. Besides all that the app works fine. Edit: I just tried to order breakfast at 10:10 and even that didn't work. This app is bad.

I downloaded because I was hoping to order ahead and pick up, but there are only three locations in the entire app. All of which are over 100 miles away, and two are in Scottsdale alone. There isn't even a menu! I'm located in Flagstaff, so if the app is ever updated to include my location and a menu, I'd consider downloading again. But for now, it's just a waste of space in my phone. 🤷‍♀️

Clunky interface. When an item is not available, it does not let you know until you click on Review Order and then it just tells you an item you have selected is not ready with the options to go back or clear cart. I have no idea what is not available and cannot change the order. I decided to order from another place rather than have to keep guessing.
