Worst app I've tried to use in a long time. Won't allow me to choose donuts I want to pre-order. I have to waste clerks time in store to get mixed dozen of donuts I want. In store clerk sees I have a discount available but POS doesn't apply it when selected. I go back because donuts are delicious. I go less often because it's annoying.

The donuts when they are fresh are amazing. The app experience at checkout time is not so fresh. The whole experience just seems like it has too many steps.

wont let me make an account and says no locations found when I try to order (I'm not willing to share my location to figure out if that's why, I shouldn't have to when I can input a zip code)
