There's no "back" button. If you view a menu item, you have to add it to your cart or shut down the app so you can go back and view other menu items. Prices aren't show until you click on item, soooo I'm having to constantly close the app to check on different offerings. CHARGES 39¢ per seasoning packet when it states you can get up to 5 for free. Literally stealing $2 from every customer that asks for complimentary seasoning.

UI is very clunky and not very responsive. Not very much feedback on whether you've clicked on something or not. Simple things like ordering a drink bring up a menu that asks if you want "lite ice, extra ice, or no ice." There is no option for regular ice... Then at the bottom there is an option to add the item or buy the item, but is that referring to the drink or the entire combo. There's no context to know the answer.

Glad to have app to use when it's working properly. I'd say it's not doing so good when it says app keeps stopping, invalid basket and then find out that bucket of chicken you ordered was submitted 4 times, and you get charged for each time. I think I will go back to calling the order in and delete this app. They can't correct the faux pa at store, have to call an 800# to try and fix this. First call will be to the bank to get the extra charges removed. 😡
