UI is very clunky and not very responsive. Not very much feedback on whether you've clicked on something or not. Simple things like ordering a drink bring up a menu that asks if you want "lite ice, extra ice, or no ice." There is no option for regular ice... Then at the bottom there is an option to add the item or buy the item, but is that referring to the drink or the entire combo. There's no context to know the answer.

Been eating and ordering through the app for nearly 2yrs now. I have always been able to pick up my order at the drive thru. My last order the Floresville Tx location would not allow me to get my order that way said I had to come inside. Wouldn't cancel the order either because I had purchased it through the app. Total BS, done with the app and done with the restaurant.

First of all don't have a sign at the pickup window saying (add three piece spicy wings for only $2.99) if you can't add it. I asked she said no and just shut the window. And second of all I ordered the four piece spicy tenders. And two of them was the size of shrimp. I don't think I'll be going back to this location just because of the service.
