Receiving all promotional texts and emails. More than I could ever take advantage of. Can login and navigate. Discounts at the pump stopped. No more 5ccent per gallon discount. Intermittantly accepts my phone number but no discounts either way. Attempted to use the app's Contact feature to report the problem but that feature fails as well. Same results with my wife's account app. If the objective is repeat sales and loyalty, app maintenance is required. This program can also be negative advert.

Can not log in, tells me I have an account but can not recover passwords. I've never signed up before. More over, I see the new pricing with the new "rewards" program, and I may not return to Luke fuel stations. Drinks have gone up in price and that was any primary reason for shopping there. I'll toss my card, and shop elsewhere. Maybe try again in a few months after your app gets a major overhaul and prices drop back due to you losing business.

app works well for what it is supposed to do. what knocks the stars off for me is the lack of a transaction history for rewards members to print out receipts in case we forget to grab them or they run out of paper and don't have the time to go inside. other major gas station chains in my area such as speedway and family Express have this as an option
