After downloading the app and was installing it, the pop up about 24/7 wherever you are tracking, by the app with no ability to turn off any parts of said tracking was the deal killer for me. App tracking should be set for when using the app i.e. pulled up to get gas and opened the app to pay. UNINSTALLED it. My personal data, where I'm going and where I've been is worth more to me than .10¢ per gallon.

This app is HORRIBLE!!!! It has never worked for me. I even trashed my card and got a new one and that still did not work. I get totally frustrated when stopping by the store. I miss out on all promotions, dollars off and much more! I stand to the side when checking out and when the cashier is done with customers she and I work forever trying everything we know to do and it still does not work. I am beginning to think that I should go to another store and forget about what used to be my favorite

After years of utilizing the card frequently, the app works and registers points about 2% of the time. Clunky & poorly designed, makes it almost impossible to access your points and use at the store. They've added about 17 steps to validate points. Honestly, at this point, I'd rather just pay full price for gas than spend 25 minutes at the register while both the clerk and I try to get the stupid app to work. Far worse than any other "rewards card" for gas stations, and it used to be the best.
