Ratings and reviews

The app is clunky to use and isn't accurate. It has multiple times told me to come pick up my and my order when it's not ready. It looks like it sends out notifications on your food's status based on a timer. What's more annoying is that the app sends out emails that you have picked up your food and asks for feedback on the service when you haven't completed your tramsaction. There is no way to see the status of your order in the app. Terrible app that is tarnishing the name of this great place

Worst app ever! I love eating at Mamoun's so their food 5 stars but this app sucks. 1. Doesn't let me add a free side although the points are there 2. Added everything to the cart and by mistake I go back, the cart disappears 3. Can't bookmark my nearest location so I have to enter it every time am placing an order Better I call them and place the order.

Good is always great. App is not. Never got very far with it because it required email opt in, birthday, etc. None of that is necessary to order and pay for food.
