Cant load password. At 1st the app wouldnt let me put in my email address. Got that to take, now I cant type in a new password. The app keeps going back to the home page whenever I try to go to "Cant Log-in"

I'm rating the APP not the employees/store, that's what yelp & Google reviews is for, please don't affect the APP rating algorithm, with personal reviews. There are way to many glitches & not user friendly. I just end up going to Caseys all the time, at least I can actully get my rewards & many more perks with their app. If the APP rating showed the actual stars based on the APP alone, I wouldnt have even bothered to download it.

I'm not sure why they can't put more effort in to this app. This technology age it really isn't that hard. The concept is here just needs major improvement. They also need to respond to customers when they message or register an issue.
