Slider feature for selecting how many if a certain donut you'd like in the half box option wasn't working. I'd select to of a certain type and when I went to slide the bar for two of another type, would switch back to one and when I would select add items just to try and get past it, would say please select six even though it wouldn't allow me to.

The app is fine, but it never lists the drinks there; it only lists coffee. In the location, I clearly see soda, milk, and other drinks. Also, one time I went to another Shipley's, they were out of something, so I asked for a refund for that item, and they couldn't. I don't get that. When placing orders, it says, "What number for updates about this order?"

No point in having an app when you can't order from it. Tried numerous times the last few days to order. Tried the kolache/donut special for $4, had no issues choosing which option of both I wanted. I then tried 1/2 dozen and dozen to which both informed me half the flavors were unavailable yet had no such issues with my kolache/donut picks? After taking over half an hour to finally input an order to satisfy my group, upon checking out was informed online ordering wasn't a available. Seriously??
