The app is fine, but it never lists the drinks there; it only lists coffee. In the location, I clearly see soda, milk, and other drinks. Also, one time I went to another Shipley's, they were out of something, so I asked for a refund for that item, and they couldn't. I don't get that. When placing orders, it says, "What number for updates about this order?" And it automatically adds a tip WHO IS THE TIP GOING TO? The managers? this is stupid

app would be 5 stars if orders went through or you could actually get ahold of someone when it glitches. If you add a tip to the order it will never go through to the local Shipley you choose, then you can't get a refund or pickup your order or get in contact withsny form of support so your just out money. Happened twice now and I still haven't gotten any response from corporate l, very disappointed.

First, the app had a tip feature, which automatically added a tip. It was very hard to even notice that it was there. You really had to be paying attention, which is just sneaky. To me It's like being asked to tip at a McDonald's drive through. Tipping culture is getting out of hand. I guess not enough people were tipping so now there is a $1 service fee to do mobile order which is insane considering mobile ordering usually makes things easier for employees. Taking this off my phone.
