Horrible app. No way to see what upcoming rewards are. Some menu items are missing, so you have to order them in store anyway, making app orders pointless. Also there is a $2 service fee on EVERY ORDER in app or online. Apparently they didnt make enough off of tips, so they are now mandatory. You can still earn points by scanning the app in store, but when you redeem a reward, you will be paying the service fee. At this point I'm not sure if the app is worth the storage space it uses.

Awful app. Registered as a new user. went to collect the rewards and it would take. every time I tried to fix it, it cleared out my whole cart. Then it said gpogle pay doesnt work and the store is having issues, but wouldn't let me select a new option. Ended up paying in person with no rewards, and as a first time customer of shipleys, I was not impressed with their lack of quality in the store either. deleted the app. won't come back

First, the app had a tip feature, which automatically added a tip. It was very hard to even notice that it was there. You really had to be paying attention, which is just sneaky. To me It's like being asked to tip at a McDonald's drive through. Tipping culture is getting out of hand. I guess not enough people were tipping so now there is a $1 service fee to do mobile order which is insane considering mobile ordering usually makes things easier for employees. Taking this off my phone.
