I'm not sure if it's the app or the employees, but when I order online is either too early or too late, regardless I always end up waiting for them, one day I ordered for a pick up in an hour,they had me waiting cause they have to remake my order as they made it so fast it got cold waiting. mind you I pressed the 1hr pick up, whatever today, I ordered for ASAP they tell me it said ready at 5:55.. meaning, I had ro wait again, maybe is a glitch idk but hopefully it gets fixed

Worked fine but I tried ordering on 9/25 and the app crashes every time I try to order a combo when selecting a ramen. Only the Van Nuys, CA location works but that's too far from me.

Love it so delicious 😋 The place is clean and friendly when you come in have a person to sit you down and waiting list. The employee was polite taking the orders and asked all questions on the Menu Ramen level of non-Spice to super-spice and the different kinds of protein. And the different kinds of broth. I will recommend this place to our family's member in friends to come and eat here. I give this place I five stars
