Ratings and reviews

Experienced a bug with the app that always restarts whenever go out from the app even to get the OTP. That's so annoying that I had to go through the registration a few times to complete it. Also, overall application performance needs to be improved.

In find transfer screen we can't search saved items. We need to scroll down one by one. Pretty annoying. If you have 100 bank accounts saved. You need to go all though. App very user friendly. Faster than any other banking apps. Thumbs up for that. -Expecting reply

The app is frustratingly slow, taking hours to reload. This inefficiency is problematic, especially in emergencies. It is not suitable for urgent situations due to its sluggish performance. It urgently needs an overhaul to ensure faster reloading times. Not recommended for those needing quick transactions.
