The MRP policy is unfair to active agents. If a customer willingly chooses a new agent for renewal, the new agent does all the servicing, follow-ups, and renewal work, but the commission is still credited to the old agent. This discourages agents from helping customers and ignores customer choice. PBPartners should review this policy and ensure fair compensation for the agent who actually services and renews the policy.

Horrible...full of errors on app and desktop website both. Enter otp then gets logged out again enter otp. no proper instructions for training (module time, navigation between modules..) training content doesn't appear but some random pdf options appear... timing doesn't show....if something interrupted training, timer restarts from zero. very bad experience. Further, despite answering all questions it says few questions left. After again selecting all answers the finish exam button dosnt work
