I was required to update my app before logging in and now it keeps taking me to a website saying "Access Denied" and something about me being an existing customer logging in internationally. I'm pretty frustrated that I can't check my balance, make a payment, or anything for that matter. I check my accounts pretty regularly, at least 2-3 times per week and I'm concerned I won't be able to maintain payments this way.

The app is fine, it does the basic things needed for credit card management. I wish that logging in was available with biometrics. Also, using 1Password password manager to autofill in the email or password doesn't work. The screen flashes white and the email field is left blank. Not the end of the world, but definitely buggy.

what happened to the biometric login option? The latest update removed the option and now I have to manually log in EVERY TIME! How is that better or more secure? It absolutely is not either of those things. Terrible app from a log in perspective. Once in, it is easy to use. I just absolutely DETEST the lack of biometric security options.
