So far I'm not experiencing the log in issues others have mentioned. That said, it's LUDICROUS that there's no option for push notifications nor, can you use biometrics for security. Those 2 features SHOULD be standard in this app. As, all other banking/credit apps Ive encountered have those 2, basic features available. Oh yeah, nice bait & switch charging a $175 annual fee, UPFRONT prior to even sending me the card. that's an exorbitant fee! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging it!

it was a great experience when Concora extended the moderate amount of credit through their destiny card. I had a dispute on a few charges. which they took care of right away. However, the app needs to have a better cardholder control. The billing and statement periods overlap. Making it difficult to make extra payments. I've been on auto pay from day one. Even tho I set it up for ending bal. Sometimes it only takes min. So, its frustrating to know what exactly is happening with the payments.WC

Haven't had a late payment on my credit in years. I made the mistake of paying with the wrong checking account and, when I realized it 5 minutes later, Concora's app wouldn't give me any option to cancel the payment or edit the payment. It tied up my card for two weeks and I ended up with a late payment. My fault to begin with but this is the least user-friendly app of any of my credit cards. Canceling next month.
