It's been close 2 weeks since I made payment to PCS account, and since my money has not been credited. The money has been with PCS Bank for 2 weeks, no crediting of funds, no reason as to why it is taking this long nothing. This is not acceptable business practice! Ceci fais plus de 2 semaines que je suis en attente que mon virement PCS soit crediter. Aucune communication, me disant pourquoi ceçi Prend autant de temp. Je suis fatigue d'attendre.

Really useless service and customer care. All they do is nothing, I made a request for a new card since Feb 16 all I have been doing is calling and loosing money in their trap of a customer care number. I have made calls every week since January and still haven't got my money which is stuck in the account. I really would suggest to keep away from the services PCS provide. I have a premium account and all PCS do is prolonging my patience level. Don't bother texting their messenger service either.

This app is by no means a scam. It was complicated to setup but that's to be expected as you are creating a real CreditCard in France albeit a prepaid one. You should be able to understand basic french as the app doesn't seem to be translated. Once you went through the creation process and verified your identity through the website it works like a charm.
