Very disappointed from pcs as they block my card without any reason and now more than 3 months they didnot refund my money as they ask me alot of documents but now still they say wait ..i will never recommend this pcs its all just they stole money and block cards without any reason..i will give zero rating..

This is all in French. You can change to English, but then the account creation is still in French!

This app is by no means a scam. It was complicated to setup but that's to be expected as you are creating a real CreditCard in France albeit a prepaid one. You should be able to understand basic french as the app doesn't seem to be translated. Once you went through the creation process and verified your identity through the website it works like a charm.
