I am enrolled in the beginners' strength training program. Melissa has done an excellent job with presenting straightforward and easy to understand demonstrations and explanations for the exercises. She offers options for using resistance bands, dumbbells, or just the exercise alone. The weekly plan is easy to understand and tweek to fit your own lifestyle. This is one of, if not the best app, that I've ever purchased. I will purchase more programs from her in the future.

I just subscribed to this program, and when browsing I found that the videos sometimes do not work, and the food recipes are incomplete and incomprehensible, and even some words do not have complete letters! I was optimistic about this application, but now I don't know if I will have difficulty using it. Although I loved Ms. Melissa, her experience motivated me to join her. I hope they make changes soon.

So far the workouts are very straightforward and easy to understand. The food plan is also quite simple to follow and everything for both the workouts and food plan was easy to find. This app is very easy to navigate and for me the simpler the better. I had almost given up hope but I truly believe I will be successful at reaching my fitness goals through this app. And becoming more fit especially at my age can open up a whole new life for me. I'm excited to see how it all turns out.
