Peasy is a hardware‑software solution that enables monetization of existing, unused private parking spots without the need for expensive infrastructure, staff, or complex systems. Our mobile app and smart Peasy parking barrier form a unique ecosystem that connects drivers, parking‑spot owners, and cities without requiring cameras, POS devices, QR codes, or automatic ramps.

Owners of apartments, houses, or businesses who don’t use their parking spots during the day can rent them out via the app in just a few clicks. The system handles everything automatically: the Peasy parking barrier opens only for a user who has prepaid, and the revenue is paid out to the lessor without need for their physical presence or management.

Drivers use the app to reserve parking in advance, see photos, the exact location, and navigation to the spot, thereby avoiding wasted time, fines, and stress. Unlike other parking solutions, Peasy uses existing infrastructure — private parking spaces — and turns them into a smart network accessible to everyone.
