This app is serving for extortion. Why is everything about the app money? Even to merely submit dispute, you require paying. This is more like charging to deliver email message in this modern age and time. For credit worthiness checks, I know credit bureau charges, but the idea of paying for everything here, is funny and very wrong. Consequently, am deleting it. This is a no no for me. I would rather directly write to CRF to seek my details and resolve dispute.

How can the app tell me to click the link sent to my email to verify my account, but in the mail, only an OTP was sent. OTP to use where? the app doesn't even display any OTP verification method option. this is just poor coding, the app is not ready to be in the store.

Omo, you guys are thieves ooo. You have to pay for everything. To raise a dispute I still have to pay 5k? I have paid more than 7k and you guys keep asking for everything. This country eehh. There should be a one-time payment to do anything except when you have to clear the loan debt. Now, I'm regretting why I made all these stupid payments. There should be a monthly, quarterly, and yearly payment. Why pay every time u have to check anything or soo??
