**Update: doesnt work at all now and wont log me in at all. Will be uninstalling. Worked great in the beginning to pay your bill on line. Now, when trying to pay on the app it automatically fills in your account # and you have to enter your email before being directed to pay area. Prefilled account # isn't recognized even though its prefilled and correct and can't change it. Email isn't recognized either when its correct also.

Can't even give it one star. It worked ok first month, but won't even open now. Few times it would open, it kept stalling and closing. Keep spending feedback, but app doesn't change. uninstalled it. Have to pay bill through full online site. Very inconvenient and frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I changed insur co 1/2024 & installd app I always use app My last ins co was Nationwide & never had a problem This app I can't even login I probably tried to login a dozen times. I tried yesterday & a 1/2hr ago b/c I need to add a vehicle but cant Now I'm 2nd guessing if I should use this ins co. If their app doesn't work, how good is the co? R they reliable or am I gonna be left on the side of the road to fend for myself? Insurance means security So far, Im not feelin anything but disappointed
