product works. would be better if their CS was same standard. Ai gatekeeper on the help chat is useless. actually getting to human to ask the simplest of questions is painful. sold as a multi language package. the software maybe translated, but wikis and help are hit and miss.

impossible to contact a living person

Cannot use the app offline which makes it useless for sending expenses while traveling.
