Used to be a good source of info until last year when it suddenly got stingy by charging for information that was previously free. Prior to that I used it for years, and paid for it a couple of times as well. All good until then. Now my issue is that it keeps spinning when I click for the records won't download a .pdf or allow me to view it either. Says "Error occurred, try again later" to both requests. For weeks now. I have no choice but to look elsewhere as I need a working solution quickly.

My experience with people looker Here are a few things that I think should be fixed: 1 if you search for yourself you can't claim the profile as yours. 2 if you try to delete your account be prepared for it not to work. 3 you can't edit what type of membership you want. If you were to change your mind for instance. 4 there are quite a few people with filled out profiles and several without anything on them. It definitely doesn't make it easy to search for someone. I would use caution.

1 star! Cancelled the trial but still charged. I pulled info that I already knew was true it was all incorrect so I cancelled the trial after the first few hours of signing up. I just got a message saying I've been charged $22. Updating from 1 to 3 stars. The app still doesn't work but the customer service rep Demme I dealt with was simply amazing and took care of everything within minutes no hassle. Now if the app was as good as your representative I would definitely come back.
