Long Time User. I loved this app when it was free and I continued using the app when they started charging a low yearly fee. it does everything I needed to do. It goes from computer to tablet to cell phone. I can plan menus. I can meals. I can make a grocery list. I can use the app to follow the recipe and it doesn't close my phone. I think it's great.

Without the bugs it would be PERFECT! It does not allow you to import recipies. When I contacted them they said they were aware of the problem and try to enter the ULR differently. I did and it worked twice, but not after that. All recipies have to be entered manually which takes a lot of time, so I haven't used it as much as I hoped. Once the recipies are entered it is great to be able to plan and add to a shopping list. I'd like to be able to increase or decrease the servings too though

Just looked at the app to pull up a recipe, only to find it is switching to a monthly subscription model. As soon as I copy my recipes to Word I am removing the app. The app / website have been stagnant for years, but good enough for what I needed. But now that they want to change a fee, and add nothing of value, it is time to move on. I courtesy email would have gone a long way to improving my opinion about the change, but all I got was a small banner saying my trial was going to expire in 12 days. Since I never signed up for a trial, this put a bad taste in my mouth (unlike my recipes that I love)
