Extremely glitchy and poorly handled. Multiple separate credit cards refused, deals which won't load or show up when trying to pay despite appearing on the home page, you can't use a prepaid gift card to pay on the app, and tends to refuse to let you use accumulated points for anything. Support takes days or just gives you a AI response that isn't relevant to your problem. Used to be good years ago but has become awful to use. Do better!

The reward points are completely random, seems to bill you reward points just to log in as mine keep going down daily when I log in. Just when I think I'm close to getting something free based on points, they'll drop a couple hundred, so just a scam to try and encourage you to buy one more thing and you'll get the reward.

the last 8 days the spin to win has came up no prizes. Not even 5 points. The points system has increased for even a small burrito, I shop there so often or should say, used to because I am cashing in my points and will no longer shop at Quesada. Points sound like a small thing but when it wastes attention and real time it feels downright insulting, simply a marketing ploy. I'm not with that nonsense, it is fast food after all and not a healthy source of nutrition. Done with this officially.
