App has bugs but CS is great. I was on the order page and hit the back button on my phone, but the app glitched out and sent my order in. the store is closed so I emailed customer service. they were able to cancel my order for me within the hour.

Horrible customer service. If they get your order wrong, you'll never get a refund. Customer service tells you to deal with the store and the store laughs at your face. Better off using Uber eats, they at least offer real solutions when something goes wrong

I actually really like this app. BUT it defaults to adding a tip to every order, instead of letting the customer add it ourselves if we so choose.
