Extremely glitchy and poorly handled. Multiple separate credit cards refused, deals which won't load or show up when trying to pay despite appearing on the home page, you can't use a prepaid gift card to pay on the app, and tends to refuse to let you use accumulated points for anything. Support takes days or just gives you a AI response that isn't relevant to your problem. Used to be good years ago but has become awful to use. Do better!

I'm unable to spin the wheel won't pop up, and when it does after I open it, it doesn't go to it. I dont want to uninstall and reinstall and lose all of my points. Please fix it. I've lost 2 days of spins plus whatever days I lose without being able to spin until it's fixed. so please fix and give me a weeks worth of spins to catch up

App will always error out when trying to pay. Tried different credit cards and even google play. The website does have the same problem. They should fix their payment processor if they actually want people to buy food...
