Overall I love this app and the data it provides - it is extremely helpful and useful!! Some room for improvement would be having an option within the app to leave feedback or contact customer support. The budgeting aspect of the app could use some fine tuning as well. It is not intuitive to change the category that purchases are automatically labeled as, and it isn't easy to customize a budget and set spending limits on different categories.

It's good until it's not. Multi factor authentication is a pain, but understandable. The fact that this app can't handle an institution forcing a password change is absurd. They have to know that will happen, but the app gets caught in an error loop and there not being a way to edit/fix it. You connect like it says to fix the error and nothing. Never fixed. This has happened more than once. Not as good app and not a good transition to Empower. Also, budgeting is more than cash flow.

This is the best financial app I've found, hands down! With the others I've used (e.g., quicken, mint, etc.) it seems like the account import functionality is always floundering. They can import most , but not all of our accounts. With this app, every single one of our accounts is importable and it was very easy. I highly recommend it.
