About this app

The Senra Community Pet digital tag helps you find lost pets with instant notifications and a community search system. If anyone who finds your lost pet simply scans the QR code on the tag — you immediately receive a notification by email, push message and SMS, with the exact location of the find (depending on your settings).
How does it work?

Order the free Senra tag for your pet
Activate the tag in the app, create your pet's profile and set how you'd like to receive notifications
If your pet goes missing, mark them as lost — and the community search starts immediately
Anyone who finds your four-legged friend scans the QR code and can share their location with you

QR code — The finder doesn't need to download the Senra app; the code can be scanned with any smartphone camera

GDPR-compliant — Full data protection, with account deletion available from within the app

Subscription plans:

Starter plan — FREE, up to 10 pets, online pet profile, ability to mark a pet as lost in the app
Standard plan — 1 pet, instant email, SMS and push notifications with location when someone scans your pet's tag, Senra Community alerts for lost and found animals, multiple email addresses or phone numbers supported, free tag replacement, vet and shelter notifications (within 10 km radius), ideal for one pet
Max plan — everything in the Standard plan but register up to 10 pets

Subscriptions are managed through the senra.pet website via Stripe payment. No payments are made within the app
