Ratings and reviews

Using the app to search for and order products is fairly good. The Rewards system stopped working after the first couple times I used it - now can't access any of the sub-menus like to redeem points for rewards. I can see my points but can't do anything with them. The "help text" saying I should disable ad blockers in my browser to resolve the issue makes no sense: this is an app, not a website!

Take away the ratings from people who somehow think they're reviewing the store itself instead of the app, and this flaming pile of garbage won't even have two stars. It's a great idea, but much easier to just use the website. App is slow and buggy af, various menus frequently don't want to load and I have literally never been able to access any of my rewards information - the drop down menu is there, but my actual rewards points and history and whatnot never ever show up. Just use the website.

Worst shopping app experience ever!! There is no part of this app that works properly. Sort, filter, add to cart, change qty, enter search text, add credit card, checkout screen, everything was buggy and glitched. Kept removing and adding more quantity to cart when changing pages and after 10 min trying to get cart correct, the entire checkout process failed 3 times. Unknown error codes and then it deleted the entire cart. Im not doing it all over, you can keep the cat food
