About this app

My Finance is a simple, private money manager. Write down what comes in and what goes out, keep track of what you owe and what others owe you, follow your savings and investments — and see your whole money picture on one Home screen.

No sign-up. No bank login. Your data stays on your phone in an encrypted database, and an encrypted copy is kept in a folder you choose (your phone, Google Drive, OneDrive...).

WHAT YOU CAN DO

HOME DASHBOARD
• Net worth at a glance: what you own minus what you owe
• This month's income and spending, compared with last month
• Cash flow and a savings rate ring
• Financial health: savings rate, how many months your cash would last, and debt ratio
• "Needs attention": payments due, money to collect and deposits coming up
• Spending by category, budget progress and your income plan
• Hide all amounts with one tap when someone is near

INCOME AND EXPENSES
• Record income by source (salary, business, bonus and your own sources)
• Record expenses by category and set a monthly budget for each one
• See totals, breakdowns and monthly trends
• Choose the account the money goes into or comes from, so your balances stay correct by themselves

DEBTS AND LOANS
• Payables: money you owe — record the debt, pay it in one go or in monthly installments, and see what is pending, due this month or overdue
• Receivables: money you lent — record loans and repayments, and see who still owes you
• Full payment history that you can edit
• Reminders before a due date, even when the app is closed

CASH AND BANK
• Three kinds of account, the same everywhere in the world: Bank, Mobile banking and Wallet (cash in hand)
• Name your accounts yourself — your own bank and mobile banking names
• Deposit, withdraw and transfer between accounts
• Every balance and your total in one place

SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS
• Plan and follow DPS, FDR, savings certificates, bonds, real estate, savings groups, pensions and more
• Record deposits, interest and maturity, and see progress for each investment
• Daily reminders until a deposit is recorded

INCOME PLAN
• Decide where each month's income goes with categories and percentages
• One-tap 50 / 30 / 20 starter plan, or copy last month's plan

• Currency and number style follow your country, and you can change them any time

PRIVATE AND SECURE
• Encrypted database (AES-256) on your device
• Automatic encrypted backup to a folder you choose (for example Google Drive), locked with your own password - restore it on a new phone. Keep your folder and password safe: they are the only way to bring your data back
• Optional app lock with a PIN and fingerprint / face unlock
• We do not receive your financial data. There are no user accounts

EXPORT AND SHARE
• Export any page or the whole app — for all time, one month or one year — as Excel, PDF or JSON

My Finance is free and supported by ads: a banner, and one optional video ad a day when you export. It is a tool for keeping your own records: it does not connect to banks, move money or give financial advice.
