I was enjoying this app. I've had it for 9 months and it worked perfectly fine. After it updated, I am able to log in but it's saying there was an error during Onboarding and needs my name, bday and state. Once I fill out, it won't let me submit. it's stuck on that screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I keep getting the same error. update: after 2 weeks of reinstalling and "forgot" password numerous times, I finally got in.

Loved the app before the update. Now I can't access it at all, it says it's missing on-boarding information. there is no way to reach out through the app (I did read reply to other's comments about the update). I hope this is fixed soon without the loss of everything I've logged, it's the only app I used.

I've been using this app for about two years. At first it was trippy but over all it's okay. Now I've come to check on the app to see when my cycle ends and all the sudden the app says it's incompatible for my device. It said download the latest version but it doesn't have a update button. I'm confused :(
