I have had a positive experience with the vehicles, I use them frequently. However, I parked the vehicle standing up on the sidewalk outside my house today, as I always do, and someone reported that I parked it incorrectly, prompting a scolding text from Veo. I cannot understand how to inquire with the dozens of help prompts, so I'll leave a mediocre review. If I can't park it on private property, a sidewalk, or on the street, where am I supposed to park it in a residential neighborhood?

Took over my city. I used to have a choice of which company to use, but this company kicked four competitors out of my city and failed to provide any equipment to the city. There is literally nothing here. I'm late for the sporting event and I have to walk 2 miles because this company is supposed to have equipment in the city and it doesn't. I want choice I want my city to get rid of Veo. Very inconvenient, Even if they do get it together and finally provide equipment, I can only use it at dock.

I almost never rate apps unless they're exceptional. Veo charges YOU for the flaws of their service - If one of their busted vehicles you rent refuses to "end ride" you pay for it until it runs out of battery ($36 after a prolonged correspondence to lower it.). Also, don't count on the ridable map territory being 100% correct, sometimes sections work and sometimes they don't, resulting in the possibility of riding a Veo to a location that's on the map and then being unable to "end ride." Scam.
